NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies. NBCU Local Chicago is seeking a Brand Motion Graphics Producer to support their Creative Services, Marketing, and Multiplatform Departments, focusing on producing high-quality motion graphics that align with brand standards and collaborating with senior creative leadership.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality on-air, digital, and marketing motion graphics that align with NBCU Local Chicago brand standards
- Support senior creative leadership on brand initiatives, promos, show packaging, and daily graphics requests
- Execute strong layout and typography-driven work across still and motion projects
- Prepare motion templates and refine assets using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Maintain consistency across all deliverables while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with producers, editors and other stakeholders to deliver creative solutions
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail and organization
Skills
- Strong foundation in animation and motion graphics with an emphasis on layout and typography
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
- Demonstrated ability to create both still and motion design work
- Ability to present a portfolio showcasing design sense and motion work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Must work well in a collaborative, team environment and be able to multi-task
- Demonstrate solid creative skills and the ability to take art direction

- Flexibility in schedules and assignments
- Must be 18 years or greater
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must accept Solutions as NBCUniversal's Alternative Dispute Resolution program
- Experience working in a broadcast, news, or live production environment
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D tools (Blender, Unreal Engine)
- Understanding of brand systems and visual identity guidelines
- Experience producing for multiple platforms (broadcast, social, digital)
- Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish/English)
