I am currently working closely with partners at a dynamic, results-driven firm that delivers high-impact defense work for major clients while prioritizing professional growth, collaboration, and sustainable balance—without the big-firm burnout!

️ The Role:
- Defend complex civil litigation cases in construction defect and personal injury, with some involvement in insurance coverage
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and strategy with partner mentorship
- Manage high-stakes matters for Fortune 500 and institutional clients
- Contribute to aggressive defense approaches that secure dismissals, summary judgments, and favorable verdicts
⚖️ About you: At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in construction defect, personal injury defense, and/or insurance coverage; California bar admission; proven ability to handle complex civil litigation cases.
Location: Fully remote anywhere in LA, or San Fran.
Package:
- Package up to $200k DOE + performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)).
- 1,850 annual billable target supports meaningful work without excessive demands.
