- Own our internal tech stack
- Build AI automation systems
- Eventually become an equity partner in a separate AI venture

- Build AI automation:
- Customer service systems
- Inventory management
- Reporting and analytics
- Operations optimization
- Work directly with:
- CEO (who builds POCs with Claude Code)
- Fractional CTO (wrote the book on AI-native development)

- Active Claude Code or Cursor user
- Systematic AI development process
- Experience building complete features with AI
- Ability to turn prototypes into production systems
- Not required:
- Traditional "write every line by hand" development
- Detailed specifications before starting

- CompensationContract Phase (Months 1-3):
- $75/hour
