Job Description
- Core Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Convert requirements into functional specs & user stories
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams
- Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
- Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Ensure compliance with GxP / regulatory standards
- Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Business Analysis & documentation skills
- Experience with PDM, Quality Systems, or Manufacturing Systems
- Background in Life Sciences domain
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently
- Preferred:
- Experience with PDM tools / ELN (Labguru)
- Knowledge of system integrations & data flows
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO, GxP environments
