About the position

Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in both production and non-production environments.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 projects.
Serve as the primary IT contact for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 technical requirements.
Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Version Upgrade process, including meetings and testing with key business users.
Create detailed user documentation and training materials for modifications, extensions, and customizations. Provide new user training and support.
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services, resolving issues promptly.

3 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central administration, support, and analysis work.
BC Implementation experience is preferred.
Data Analysis experience utilizing Power BI is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes/flows, specifically operations of NAV/BC as A/P, A/R, sales, warehousing, inventory, general accounting.
Preferred knowledge of Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast paced- rapidly changing environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of organization.
Strong sense of urgency with ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Experience with IT Helpdesk and Systems Analyst responsibilities.
