Job Description
We are seeking multiple instructors to deliver pre‑designed video instruction across a range of online business courses focused on leadership, strategy, governance, decision‑making, and applied inquiry.
This is a delivery‑only role. Curriculum structure, rough scripts, learning objectives, and content guidance will be provided. No course design is required.
About the Courses
Business‑focused professional programmes
Fully online, international cohort (UK, EU, Australia, Asia, Middle East)
Generalist orientation (not discipline‑specific or technical)
Strong emphasis on applied leadership, organisational judgement, and real‑world impact
Portfolio‑based doctoral capstone (no traditional academic thesis)
Role Overview
Instructors will:
Deliver approximately 5 hours total of recorded video instruction, typically in 30‑minute segments
Teach using executive‑level language rather than academic‑only terminology
Present content clearly, confidently, and professionally for experienced learners
Use practical examples and structured explanations based on provided outlines
Appear on video during recording; instructor name and profile may be used in course materials
This is a short‑term contract. Courses are delivered asynchronously.
There is no requirement to mark work, supervise research, or design curriculum.
Ideal Instructor Profile
We are interested in candidates who bring some combination of:
Advanced qualifications (Master’s, PhD, DBA, EdD, or equivalent)
(strongly preferred for some courses, but not mandatory for all)
Senior professional, consulting, executive, or policy experience
Experience teaching or facilitating learning for:
executives
MBA/EMBA participants
senior professionals
postgraduate or professional programmes
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, non‑technical, applied manner
