Job Description

The Business Development Account Executive will manage inbound leads, qualify potential partners, and ensure efficient onboarding while maintaining relationships to drive revenue. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads (no cold calling), qualify, and conduct due diligence on potential partners who want to onboard Identify clients with a strong fit and pursue via research and creative outreach Onboard and train new partners with our system and workflow Review new partner applications, follow-up to ensure that all new partners are on-boarded efficiently and conduct our screening process Follow up with on-going deals and assist in closing deals with partners Manage daily submissions to drive revenue by establishing, managing, and maintaining a relationship with business partners Relentlessly improve your knowledge of the industry and Fora’s funding process Skills Industry experience involving sales or business development Demonstrate a solid sense of priority with a partner first mentality Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills Self-starter who has a desire to learn and grow with a track record of success; drive for achievement Ability to work independently and multi-task without supervision Bachelor's Degree Comfortable in a team environment Proficient in bolthires office Knowledge in Salesforce/HubSpot/other lead gen tools is a plus Benefits A good work/life balance Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage 401K Match Life Insurance at No bolthires to Employees Generous Time Off Plan Including Rollover Vacation Days Commuter Benefits Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Hybrid working model based out of our New York office (Tuesdays, Thursdays, alternating Fridays) Company Overview Fora Financial provides flexible financing to small and medium-sized businesses to sustain and grow their enterprise.
