- Research potential customers in the Americas market
- Execute multi-channel outbound activities
- Present snapAddy products
- Prepare and negotiate business proposals
- Attend trade shows and conferences
- Record sales and customer interactions in the CRM
- Ensure seamless handover to the Customer Success team after contract signing
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research and support the CSO in developing sales strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in training and development activities
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a SaaS Business Development Account Executive or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
- Solid understanding of the market in a new region
