Abby Care is a company focused on addressing the challenges of family caregiving through a tech-powered platform. They are seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Associate to help grow their presence in the Greater State College Area by building relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, and to support the referral process for their services. Responsibilities Help grow Abby Care’s presence. Support outreach efforts across the Greater State College Area by connecting with hospitals, provider groups, and community organizations.

Participate in local events and fairs to help introduce Abby Care to families and partners Support the referral process. Help identify and reach out to key referral sources such as primary care providers, hospitals, home health agencies, and community organizations. Assist in turning warm introductions into clear referral pathways Connect with families. Engage with families at community events, resource fairs, and meetups. Share information about Abby Care’s services and ensure families know how to access support Assist with partner presentations.

Help prepare and participate in meetings or presentations with local healthcare administrators and community partners to highlight the benefits of Abby Care’s programs Build relationships with care professionals. Support outreach to case managers, social workers, and discharge planners by helping coordinate regular check-ins, sharing resources, and keeping them informed about Abby Care Help organize territory plans. Contribute to building and updating a simple, repeatable approach for engaging the local market, including maintaining outreach lists, talking points, and basic reporting on referral activity Skills 1-4 years of experience in healthcare BD/partnerships, sales, or nonprofits Valid driver's license in the state of PA Bachelor's degree (B.A.

or B.S.) or equivalent four-year degree required Strong communicator who builds relationships easily. You're comfortable talking with different people, sharing information clearly, and helping others understand the value of our services Proactive and organized team player. You can work with different teams, stay on track even when things aren't fully defined, and keep your work organized using basic tools like a CRM and simple outreach routines Benefits Competitive compensation packages that reflect the value you bring.
