This individual willbe responsible forproactivelyidentifyingand developing sales opportunities for ACA’s regulatory compliance consulting, managed services and regulatory technology products and services. This individual will alsobe responsible formanagingthe businessrelationships of accounts in theHedge Fundsector.As such, we are looking for someone with anunderstanding of theHedge Fundindustry, market, andcompetitivelandscape.

Whatyou’lldo: Build a strong sales pipeline byidentifyingnew salesopportunities and proactively contacting customers/accounts, nurturing leads, and generating robust short- and long-term sales opportunities. Be positioned as a business partner of the client’s organization andmaintainan ongoing understanding ofclient’svarious engagements across ACA. Serve as a consultative seller, listening to customer needs and clearly articulating the recommended solutions to meet their businessobjectives. Lead and coordinate all aspects of the sales process to guide prospect opportunities to successful closure.

Grow to bea subject matter expert on regulatory compliance consulting, managed services and regulatory technology products and services for our clients through a deep understanding of the benefits and competitive advantages. To qualify for the role, you must have: 2-5years of client-facing experience, including1+ years of salesexperience;in the GRC or financial services industries targetingHedge Fundspreferred. Skills or attributes for Success: Understands industry, market, and the competitive landscape within regulatory compliance consulting, managed services and/ or regulatory technology Independent, highly motivated, and able to multi-task effectively.

Organized, proactive, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Intellectually curious& a fastlearner. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and leadchangeinitiatives. Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
