Job Description: BrainWorks Interim is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our team in the Kansas City Metro! This person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with the executive recruiting team. They will report to the VP/National Practice Leader and will have a mix of virtual and in-person meetings throughout the week. Their main focus will be to sell Interim Accounting & Finance staffing solutions to finance leaders. Compensation: Base Salary + flexible commission structure and incentives based on overall team performance.
