Responsibilities:



  • Drive strategic business development efforts across financial services with a focus on payment modernization.

  • Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts to maximize growth potential and lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product leadership to shape compelling solution narratives and client-facing demonstrations.

  • Represent IntellectEU at industry events and executive-level forums.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning them with IntellectEU’s emerging tech capabilities.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Manage strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance solution offerings and market reach.

  • Partner with marketing leadership to steer targeted demand generation and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Provide actionable insights to executive leadership on market dynamics, customer feedback, and innovation opportunities to guide product strategy and business planning.





Requirements:



  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluent).

  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Development position or similar.

  • Solid domain expertise in the financial industry (SWIFT, blockchain, insurance, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services).

  • Proven track record of building and closing complex, high-value deals.

  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to lead growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

  • Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.

  • Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company.
