About the Role - Business Development Manager
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring rental properties that align with the company's growth strategy. You'll connect with letting agents, landlords, and other property contacts to secure long-term leases, while promoting the benefits of their unique co-living approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with a network of letting agents and private landlords
Source new contacts and build a pipeline of rental property opportunities
Negotiate and secure financially viable long-term lease agreements
Promote the advantages of the co-living model to property owners and decision-makers
Support the strategic growth of the London property portfolio
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience in any industry - property background is a bonus but not essential
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
Commercially minded with the ability to assess financial opportunities
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Driven by targets and open to working in a fast-paced, growing business

What's On Offer:
Basic salary of £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Commission paid per property acquisition, based on size and room count
Realistic first-year OTE of £52,000+
