Role Description We are seeking a motivated Business Development Partner for a commission-based, remote, full-time opportunity. In this role, you will identify, initiate, and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, institutions, and organizations. Responsibilities include generating leads, presenting tailored consulting solutions, negotiating agreements, and supporting client onboarding. This is a results-driven, performance-based partnership role ideal for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align opportunities with our service offerings, while contributing to Pulse Health GCN’s mission to transform healthcare systems and improve outcomes at scale. Key Responsibilities • Identify and engage prospective clients across healthcare organizations and networks • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders • Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into signed engagements • Present tailored consulting solutions aligned with client needs • Support proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure • Partner with internal leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding and engagement Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience) · Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in healthcare or related industries · Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build a pipeline, and close B2B deals · Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers · Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-based environment with a results-driven mindset • Familiarity with healthcare systems, operations, or consulting services is strongly preferred Preferred but not required: • Existing network within healthcare organizations, physician groups, or health systems • Prior experience selling consulting or professional services (vs. products) • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders (C-suite, Medical Directors, etc.) Compensation This is a performance-based role with competitive, uncapped commission: • Earn a percentage of revenue from each client engagement you originate and close • Opportunity to generate significant earnings based on deal size and volume • Additional incentives may apply for high-value or repeat client engagements How to Apply Send a cover letter about your background and network, along with your resume and/or LinkedIn profile to: [email protected] Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
