Busienss Operations Manager

Corridor Capital Partners is a boutique real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties across Virginia. We are a small, fast-moving team looking for part-time help to manage day-to-day operations and tasks. This job can be done fully remotely.

    Who You Are
  • Organized and detail-oriented - we’re looking for someone who enjoys building structure and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic financials
  • Proactive - you take initiative without waiting for direction
  • A clear and consistent communicator who can manage lots of threads at once
  • Bookkeeping or operations/adamin experience is a plus, but attitude and attention to detail is what we really care about
    What You’ll Do
  • Keep our internal systems clean and current
  • Handle rent, invoices, and payment tracking
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships for all our properties
  • Manage tenant communications

This is a part-time role (10–20 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule and remote work. This role has the potential to expand as Corridor grows.
