- Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical team
- Assist in the implementation of delivery projects
- Conduct demos and working sessions with the client
- Gather requirements from the client
- Identify gaps or weaknesses in customer processes
- Draft Agile stories from business requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
- 4-6 years' experience as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst
- Experience gathering business requirements for ServiceNow configuration
- Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders
- Experience with the ITIL framework
- Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience with ServiceNow as an administrator
- ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
- Ability to travel 10%
