- Goal is to align portal delivery with

- **Customer Portal Platform:**
- WordPress

- Salsify

- Digital Asset Management system
- **Integrations:**
- APIs and data mapping between systems
- *Must Haves**
- Experience working in a
- *technical software development environment**
- Strong understanding of
- *SDLC**
- Ability to
- *document ERP data structures and integrations**
- **Deep understanding of data flow and process mapping**
- Ability to clearly articulate
- *what ERP data is available, what it means, and how it’s used**
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Detail oriented, self organized, self starter
- *Nice to Haves**
- **Sage X3 experience**
- (initially discussed as nice'to'have but emphasized as very beneficial)
- Jira & Confluence hands'on experience
- Scrum/Agile environment experience
- Digital/web platform exposure (customer portals, websites)
