Strong Business Analyst with Process Analyst experience

- Required Qualifications
- Solid business analysis skills with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, active listening)
- Excellent client interfacing skills, including responsiveness, adaptability, and follow-through
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to think strategically, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt quickly in dynamic client environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops, align diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus in complex enterprise environments
- Experience with large enterprise system architecture
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles/framework
- Proficient in creating both business and technical process models (e.g. ACDs, data flow diagrams)
- Experience with modeling tools such as Vision. Lucidchart, Bizzdesign, Bizagi, etc. and creating process diagram leveraging BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with team members and experience guiding small teams or workstreams.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunication industry experience
- Basic understanding of finance and/or accounting principles
