Cair Health is building the next-generation AI platform to automate and optimize medical insurance claims. We're looking for a Business/Sales Analyst Intern (undergrad/grad student) to join us for Summer 2025. You’ll work directly with the company founders to analyze sales performance, support growth experiments, and help shape how we scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll do SDR/BDR work, get an inside look into how AI sales tools can be utilized, and help refine messaging/sales decks, and more! This internship will run for 12 weeks, with the potential to extend into the Fall.

Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the founders on sales strategy, funnel analysis, and customer targeting. • Analyze CRM and outreach data to uncover trends and improve GTM performance. • Support outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone; help manage and qualify leads. • Build internal dashboards and reports to track KPIs, conversion metrics, and performance benchmarks. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and validate new customer segments.
• Assist in creating sales collateral, case studies, and demo materials. What We're Looking For • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools is a plus. • A deep interest in startups, B2B sales, and healthcare innovation. • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Prior experience in sales, consulting, strategy, or business ops is a plus but not required.
