Our established Bay Area practice — known for its good reputation and positive client reviews on both Yelp and Google — is seeking an experienced attorney to provide immediate support on active matters and manage a robust, ongoing caseload. About the Role

Primarily remote work with flexible scheduling, except for occasional court appearances. You will independently manage a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and related litigation. Key responsibilities include:

· Managing active cases from initiation through resolution

· Direct client communication and strategic case development

· Drafting pleadings, motions, and other required filings

· Court appearances as needed

Compensation & Benefits
