- Drive precision CAD excellence as a CAD/CAFM Analyst with JLL
- Update and maintain CAD documentation of office space and furniture layouts while maintaining poly-lined drawings
- Create polylines in accordance with BOMA standards including floor areas and internal space types
- Upload and integrate drawing data into CAFM system while updating and providing ongoing support
- Support quality assurance of space data while participating in internal project review meetings
- Requirements:
- Proficient in AutoCAD for updating architectural as-built and furniture layouts
- Understanding of client workplace standards with strong understanding of architectural and furniture plans
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word with demonstrated basic proficiency in Excel including pivot tables
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects from multiple sources, prioritizing and executing work within defined SLAs
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to self-govern and make sound decisions and commitment to client service
