Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on CAE Analyst to help evaluate, test, and refine AI-assisted simulation workflows. This role sits at the intersection of engineering judgment and emerging AI tooling, ensuring that AI-generated CAE workflows are technically sound, practical, and production-ready. You will act as a power user and technical reviewer, stress-testing AI-driven setups across FEA, CFD, and Multiphysics use cases while providing structured feedback to improve accuracy, robustness, and usability. Key Responsibilities β’ Execute and validate AI-generated CAE workflows in tools such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, and Abaqus β’ Compare AI-driven setups against best-practice, manually built models β’ Identify gaps in: β’ Boundary conditions β’ Meshing strategies β’ Solver selections β’ Post-processing and reporting β’ Run benchmark case studies (structural, thermal, vibration, CFD, Multiphysics) β’ Provide clear, engineer-to-engineer feedback to AI and product teams β’ Help define validation criteria and "acceptable use" guidelines for AI in CAE β’ Document findings in concise technical summaries and example workflows Required Qualifications β’ 5+ years' experience in CAE / simulation engineering β’ Strong fundamentals in structural FEA (linear/nonlinear, modal, frequency response) β’ Experience in at least one of: β’ CFD β’ Thermal / Multiphysics β’ Vibration / fatigue β’ Proficiency with commercial solvers (ANSYS, NX Nastran, etc.) β’ Solid understanding of modeling assumptions and limitations β’ Comfortable questioning results and explaining why something works or doesn't β’ Interest in AI-assisted engineering workflows (you don't need to be an AI expert) Preferred Qualifications β’ Consulting or multi-industry experience β’ Experience reviewing or approving analysis work β’ Familiarity with automation, scripting, or DOE β’ Exposure to validation & verification (V&V) practices Why This Role Is Different β’ You're not just running simulations - you're shaping how AI is used in engineering β’ High technical autonomy and influence β’ Work directly on next-generation CAE workflows β’ Your judgment directly impacts product credibility and adoption I deal Candidate β’ Senior or mid-level CAE analysts who enjoy deep technical thinking β’ Engineers who like breaking tools to see where they fail β’ Analysts that are curious about AI - but grounded in physics and engineering reality #HI Apply tot his job
