You’ll play a key role in helping customers navigate their healthcare and pharmacy benefits, delivering compassionate and professional service. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls to address customer inquiries regarding healthcare services and benefits.Provide clear and accurate information about plans, claims, and prescription details.Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with efficiency and empathy.Document interactions in the system to maintain accurate customer records.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.Strong communication and active listening skills.Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple applications.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
