Requirements:
Ā Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Ā Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Ā Strong understanding of call center operations and customer support best practices.
Ā Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ā Ability to analyze metrics and utilize data to drive performance improvements.
Ā Experience with CRM software and call center technology.
Ā Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
Ā Previous experience in an educational environment is a plus.
