As a Call Center Representative, you will handle a wide range of inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues that directly influence customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. • Handle and resolve customer complaints by identifying issues and troubleshooting effectively. • Provide accurate information related to billing, enrollments, and escalations. • Respond to customer questions while ensuring clarity and accuracy. • Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and outcomes. • Navigate computer systems and software to access and update customer information.
