Position: Call Center Supervisor Pay: $25/hr | Weekly Pay + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-9:00 PM CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY 8-hour shift ASSIGNED) Equipment: All equipment provided and shipped. β’ Must have 1 year or more of recent Call Center Supervisor experience* Key Responsibilities β’ Lead and supervise a team of remote call center agents β’ Provide daily coaching, guidance, and performance management β’ Oversee agents handling calls related to prescription health insurance benefits for corporate clients β’ Monitor KPIs, metrics, and overall team performance β’ Support program rollout and operational initiatives β’ Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Excel β’ Prepare and deliver internal and client-facing reports β’ Participate in daily/weekly leadership meetings to drive continuous improvement Requirements: * Must have 1 year or more of recent Call Center Supervisor experience* β’ Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills β’ Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees at all performance levels β’ Must have prior call center supervisor or management experience β’ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities β’ Must be able to work the full schedule and provide a quiet remote workspace For immediate consideration email your updated resume to [email protected] and call after 480-273-1789 Apply tot his job
