The Campaign Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, focusing on event marketing and using tools like Marketo and Salesforce to ensure campaigns are launched correctly and tracked accurately. Responsibilities Build and launch marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, focusing on field events, trade shows and some batch email sends This includes building landing pages, emails, forms and process workflows (smart campaigns) Sync and manage campaign data between Marketo and Salesforce Set up campaign tracking and UTMs Test campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and deliverability Use Asana to manage campaign timelines, tasks, and approvals Execute against deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time, launching an average of twenty campaigns per month Effectively communicate with stakeholders, which include both global field marketing and corporate events Skills Basic familiarity with Marketo, or similar tools; training will be provided Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow documented processes and work with technical systems Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets Clear written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, or similar tools Familiarity with Asana or other project management software Understanding of event marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, or lead generation Internship or prior marketing experience Company Overview Boomi is a software firm that provides cloud integration solutions via a SaaS platform for providers to stay connected with their consumers.
