Job Description
Bondflow is a structured private credit platform focused on disciplined fixed-income exposure for accredited investors. We are expanding our US private wealth distribution efforts and hiring an Associate to directly contribute to capital formation.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and managing an outbound pipeline across RIAs, boutique wealth managers, and family offices
- Initiating and maintaining advisor relationships
- Converting qualified conversations into capital commitments
- Supporting feeder/platform discussions and onboarding
- Maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and weekly activity reporting
- Contributing directly to monthly and quarterly fundraising targets
This role is measured by pipeline velocity, advisor engagement, and capital conversion.
Ideal Profile
- Min 3ā6 years in wealth management sales, alternatives distribution, or capital raising support
- Direct experience engaging RIAs, private wealth advisors, or accredited investors
- Established network within wealth distribution channels or retail investor communities
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and follow-up cadence
- Familiarity with private credit, private equity, or structured alternative vehicles
- Self-driven, accountable, and metrics-oriented
