What This Role Is
This is not an employment role.
- The Fundraising Advisor role is designed for professionals experienced in:
- Startup fundraising
- Capital formation
- Investor relations
- Venture, private equity, or early-stage finance
Advisors engage with founders on a deal-by-deal or engagement basis, aligned to capital raised.
What You’ll Do
- As a RaiseOS Advisor, you may:
- Guide founders through equity fundraising strategy
- Prepare fundraising narratives, materials, and positioning
- Advise on round structure, timing, and investor targeting
- Make warm introductions to angels, VCs, and LPs
- Support diligence, negotiation, and close processes
Engagements vary by stage and scope.
How You Earn
- Advisors earn through:
- Success-based fees tied to capital raised
- Engagement-based compensation for advisory work
- Optional deal participation and long-term upside
Earnings scale with performance and deal flow.
