The California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) is the backbone of California’s health care safety net. They are seeking a Cash Flow Analyst responsible for preparing Cash Flow reports and analyzing financial trends to support fiscal forecasting and management. Responsibilities Preparing complex Cash Flow reports for Fiscal Forecasting and upper/ senior management on a monthly/Quarterly basis Analyzing and researching the trends and transaction variances from the expected results including expenditures, reimbursements, Inter-Government Transfers (IGT), Certified Public Expenditures and Fund Transfers Providing essential assistance to special projects and the day-to-day functions of Fiscal Contributing to the unit’s ability to successfully analyze, plan, and advise in the areas of accounting and fiscal forecasting Skills Complete the statement of qualifications and the state application by clicking '' above package with all required documents, which include the statement of qualifications Once you have applied, take the Associate Accounting Analyst Examination If you are meeting minimum qualifications with education, you must include a copy of your diploma/degree and/or unofficial/informal transcripts for verification Applicants must include a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for this recruitment
