Position Overview
As our team continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced RN Educator or Clinical Trainer to provide practical training focused on improving patient retention, motivational interviewing skills, and real-world patient engagement strategies.
The goal of this training is to equip our nursing team with clear, actionable tools and measurable goals that can be applied directly in patient interactions to strengthen long-term engagement in Chronic Care Management programs.
We are looking for a structured, real-world session that provides practical guidance rather than theory alone.

- Applying motivational interviewing techniques in real patient conversations
- Strategies to improve patient retention and engagement in CCM programs
- Coaching nurses on improving adherence and long-term patient participation
- Real-world examples of effective patient communication strategies
- Turning patient engagement strategies into clear, actionable goals nurses can implement immediately
- Ideal Candidate
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
- Experience working with Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs
- Background in clinical education, nurse training, or coaching
- Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience presenting or facilitating training for healthcare teams
- Ability to provide practical, real-world tools nurses can use in patient calls
- Candidates with experience in the following roles are encouraged to apply:

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
