Job Description

Responsibilities Systems & Reporting - Formulating system strategies aligned to the business strategy Business process modelling and re-engineering. Managing and championing operational project implementations technical systems support to the merchandise teams and act as a liaison to IT. Facilitate system testing, implementation and change management. Supply Chain - Logistics Management of RFO’s external Logistics provider (PMD) Relationships developed with PMD’s Operations team Monitoring and reporting back on SLA’s Managing data integrity anomalies People Management Building constructive and mutually beneficial relationships with Operations, Merchandise Teams and Dc. Conducting business analysis Merchandise reporting & analytics for processes and systems Including Managing Plan rollups across the departments.
