The Mandate
- As a Chief Evolution Officer, your responsibility is evolution across four key areas:
- Evolution of self and identity as a leader
- Evolution of leadership capability in a changing environment
- Evolution of business, ownership, and commercial thinking
- Evolution of how leadership development is positioned and delivered
You will apply your existing experience in strategy, operations, commercial leadership, brand, customer, or people leadership, while developing the capability to operate independently and build something of your own.
You will also contribute to the distribution of established leadership and success education frameworks, supporting other professionals in their growth.
