CEO/COO
to lead and scale a high-growth FinTech SaaS company, shaping its future and positioning it for long-term success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall business strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth.
- Secure funding from private equity and/or venture capital firms to fuel expansion.
- Oversee financial planning and ensure strong fiscal management.
- Develop and execute exit strategies, whether through acquisition, IPO, or strategic partnerships.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Manage relationships with investors, board members, and key stakeholders.
- What We’re Looking For:
- FinTech Industry Expertise – Proven leadership experience in SaaS based FinTech or technology-driven companies.
- Fundraising Success – Track record of raising capital through private equity, venture capital, or institutional investors.
- M&A and Exit Experience – Successfully led a business through an exit or significantly increased company value.
- Financial Acumen – Ideally, a background in finance, accounting, or investment (MBA, CFA, or similar a plus).
- Operational Excellence – Ability to scale operations, drive efficiency, and maximize profitability.
