Role Objective
We are seeking a certified Project Manager to join our team and lead complex, high-impact projects across our growing organization. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced, deadline-intensive environment.
The ideal candidate will bring structure, process excellence, and strategic thinking to support our mission while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams including technology implementations, process improvements, client service enhancements, and operational initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and stakeholder updates with clear communication and documentation
- Manage project schedules, track milestones, and proactively address obstacles to keep initiatives on track
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal staff, operations, IT, HR, and external vendors
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing expectations and maintaining alignment across all stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership
- Translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear, actionable communications for diverse audiences
- Build strong working relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration and project success
- Process & Quality Management
- Implement and maintain project management best practices, templates, and standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect project outcomes
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, escalating concerns as needed
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in centralized systems
- Strategic Support
- Participate in project prioritization and resource planning discussions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or initiatives
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Executive-level reports on case pipeline health, team performance, and operational metrics
Requirements
Strong understanding of workflow optimization, process improvement, and bottleneck elimination
- Certifications (MUST HAVE)
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI OR
- Active CSM/PSM (Certified Scrum Master/Professional Scrum Master) certification OR
- Active PRINCE2 Practitioner certification OR
- Active PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) certification OR
- Active Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience
- Proven track record managing projects in high-volume, deadline-intensive environments (legal, healthcare, financial services, government, consulting, or similar fast-paced industries)
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects involving multiple departments and external vendors
- Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in project management tools: Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools: Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or similar
- Ability to create dashboards, reports, and visual project tracking materials
- Comfortable learning new software systems quickly
