Certified Spanish-to-English Transcription and Translation

I am seeking a qualified professional to prepare trial-ready transcripts and translations of approximately one hour of video/audio content.

Scope of work:

• Verbatim transcription of video/audio (including timestamps and speaker labels)

• Certified Spanish-to-English translation of all non-English audio

• Review against the original media for accuracy

• Delivery in editable Word format and PDF

Certification requirements:

• Signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy suitable for court submission

• Certificate must identify the translator’s qualifications and state that the translation is true, complete, and accurate

• Court-certified interpreter or ATA-certified translator preferred, but not strictly required if certification is legally sufficient

Intended use:

• Materials will be submitted as exhibits in a trial, so accuracy and proper certification are essential

Media details:

• Approximately 1 hour total

• Spanish and English audio

• Clear audio quality
