Provides focused attention to patients, loved ones, and staff without agenda, effectively listening and responding to their needs. Conveys personalized care to patients, families, and staff, ensuring they feel cared for and supported. Enables patients, loved ones, and staff to experience God's nearness, safety, and comfort. Assists patients, loved ones, and staff in articulating their struggles and identifying their inner resources of strength, meaning, faith, and hope.
