Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive (Night Shift) to join our dynamic remote support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling real-time inquiries through chat with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities β€’ Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat platforms. β€’ Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the issue. β€’ Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary. β€’ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. β€’ Document interactions accurately in the system with attention to detail. β€’ Meet or exceed performance KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. β€’ Provide support to international customers across various time zones. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service. Required Skills and Qualifications β€’ Excellent written communication skills in English. β€’ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. β€’ Familiarity with customer support software, chat systems, and CRM tools. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. β€’ A reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup. β€’ A calm and empathetic approach to dealing with frustrated or upset customers. β€’ Typing speed of at least 35+ WPM with high accuracy. Experience β€’ Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based environment. β€’ Freshers with excellent English writing skills and the right attitude will also be considered. Working Hours β€’ Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST) β€’ Monday to Saturday (1 day off per week – rotational) β€’ Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities β€’ In-depth understanding of customer service practices and conflict resolution. β€’ Knowledge of help desk systems and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom). β€’ Adaptability to changing technologies and processes. β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. β€’ Comfortable handling high volumes of customer inquiries during peak hours.
