Responsibilities
Ā Assist students and parents in resolving technical issues related to our education management platform
Ā Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through online chat
Ā Guide customers through the registration and enrollment process
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised during chat conversations
Ā Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Ā Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
Ā Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ā Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ā Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
