Position: Chemistry PhD
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $65–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Base Pay Range
$65.00/hr - $75.00/hr
- Role Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality, challenging chemistry problems with real-world applicability for AI training and evaluation.
- Solve and review domain-specific problems to ensure accuracy, rigor, and clarity.
- Apply advanced chemistry expertise to improve AI understanding of complex scientific concepts.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of domain experts on problem design and refinement.
- Ensure all contributions meet high standards for precision, structure, and scientific validity.
- Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Chemistry.
- Strong command of core and advanced chemistry concepts.
- High attention to detail and analytical rigor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to produce clear, structured content suitable for AI systems and expert review.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
