The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Executive Officer / Managing Partner who is so successful that they can recognize the potential here and put skin in the game with the founder and other executives. Skin that will be collateralized. Invest their own capital for a collateralized significant equity and return (minimum $50,000) and commit to a long-term leadership role guiding the company’s growth.
Lead organic growth and fundraising efforts, including seed/angel, friends-and-family rounds, and venture-capital engagement. Take ownership of the company and its vision, strategy, and execution, while building and guiding a high-performance team. Drive partnerships leveraging contracts and influencer networks to accelerate growth. Align the organization with the platform’s mission and go-to-market plan, delivering exceptional value to investors and fundraisers alike. What You’ll Do Set and execute the strategic plan to scale the platform from its current stage to a multi-hundred-million-dollar company.
Lead capital formation activities, including closing rounds with individual, angel, and VC/experiences. Oversee fundraising strategy, investor relations, and fiduciary responsibilities. Build and manage the executive team and key functional leaders (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, operations, legal/compliance). Ensure strong governance, risk management, and ethical standards across all activities. Manage cash flow, budgets, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth. Be the external face of the company, cultivating relationships with influencers, strategic partners, and major clients.
Maintain strict alignment with the platform’s goals and mission as outlined in governance documents and business plans. Compensation & Investment Terms Investment: Minimum personal investment of $50,000 required. This investment will be collateralized by founder to secure funds. Return of Investment:
The CEO/Managing Partner will receive a priority arrangement: First recoupment of their invested capital (capital return) before any other executive or owner. After capital return, a 50% share of profits attributable to the CEO’s investment (a preferred share-like yield) before distributions to others, subject to company performance and legal considerations.
Equity/Profit Sharing: Details to be defined in collaboration with legal counsel, aligned with fiduciary duties and compliant Duties • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to accelerate platform growth • Lead high-level decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and market trends • Oversee all operational functions including business management, financial oversight, and team leadership • Cultivate relationships with startups, investors, industry partners, and stakeholders to expand the platform’s network and influence • Supervise senior management teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a high-performance culture • Manage financial resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment allocations • Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities, markets, and innovative investment prospects Qualifications • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within investment-driven or startup ecosystems • Strong background in business management, strategic planning, and financial oversight • Demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing complex projects or portfolios • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and engage stakeholders at all levels • Expertise in business development, investment strategies, and market analysis • Leadership qualities that promote innovation, resilience, and proactive problem-solving • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees are preferred Join us to lead a vibrant platform at the forefront of startup innovation!
