We recently partnered with a dynamic and growing Gambling & Casino company committed to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality products to their customers. As they scale, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their financial operations and partner with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth.

Role Overview:
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and capital structure. This role requires a strong understanding of Business Services/Gambling operations, cost accounting, and derivatives finance.

Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business objectives.
Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance functions.
Develop and manage financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Drive cost optimization and margin improvement across manufacturing operations.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Provide financial leadership for M&A activity, capital investments, and expansion initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive in a Gambling, Casino, Business Services environment.
8+ years of Finance experience within Accounting and Finance
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, procurment, HR. IT, Accounting, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
