The Company
A well-funded, start-up is building a next-generation prediction market platform and launching a complementary crypto casino for international markets. The company is now hiring its first Chief Marketing Officer for the predictions platform to own global growth, brand, and community from the ground up.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the CEO, you will design and execute the full marketing strategy across acquisition, brand, lifecycle/CRM, content & community, PR/comms, affiliates & partnerships, and VIP/loyalty. This is a rare 0-1 and 1-10 mandate: build the playbook, assemble a high performing team, and scale responsibly across multiple jurisdictions.
- What Youโll Do
- Own the growth model: Define targets, budgets, and channel mix across paid social/search, programmatic, SEO, content, affiliates, influencers/KOLs, and partnerships.
- Build & lead the team: Hire and mentor leaders across Performance/Growth, Brand/Creative, CRM/Lifecycle, Content/Community, and PR/Comms; manage agencies as needed.
- Launch & scale internationally: Orchestrate go to market plans for the prediction market business products; tailor campaigns by region and audience segment.
- International CAS/SBK experience: Demonstrable experience delivering Direct Customer Acquisition Services (CAS) and applying Sales & Business Key (SBK) / Sales Building Knowledge in international markets, supporting scalable go-to-market execution across multiple regions/jurisdictions.
- Lifecycle & retention: Stand up CRM, VIP, and loyalty programs; drive onboarding, engagement, cross sell, and reactivation with rigorous experimentation.
- Data-driven decisioning: Implement marketing analytics (LTV/CAC, cohort models, incrementality testing, MMM/MTA) and ensure clean tracking across web, mobile, and wallet flows.
- Brand & community: Establish a distinctive brand; grow owned communities (Discord/Telegram/Twitter/X); activate creator/streamer partnerships.
- Partners & affiliates: Build an affiliate program fit for both prediction and crypto casino; negotiate, track, and optimize partner performance.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Trading/Risk, Data, and Compliance/Legal to ensure all marketing complies with local regulations and responsible play standards.
- What Youโll Bring
- Leadership depth: 8+ years in consumer growth/marketing with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams in iGaming, sportsbook/predictions.
- Proven scaler: Track record taking products from launch to meaningful revenue in multi-market contexts; comfortable building process, structure, and dashboards from scratch.
- Channel expertise: Hands-on command of performance marketing, SEO/content, affiliates, influencer/KOL strategy, PR/comms, and brand storytelling.
- Lifecycle mastery: CRM, segmentation, marketing automation, experimentation frameworks (A/B, holdouts), and retention economics.
- Data fluency: Ability to set up attribution (MTA/MMM), read cohorts, and make ROI-based budget decisions; familiarity with BI/analytics stacks.
- Crypto/iGaming literacy: Understanding of wallets, on/off ramps, KYC/age gating, bonus/VIP mechanics, and the marketing realities of regulated vs. dot com markets.
- Builder mindset: High ownership, bias to action, and comfort operating in ambiguity at start-up speed.

- Experience launching prediction markets or exchange-like consumer products.
- Background partnering with streamers/creators and running community-led growth (Discord/Telegram).
