Role Description

This is a contract, remote Chief Medical & Innovation Officer (CMO/CInO) position. The CMO/CInO will drive medical and technological innovation, formulate and oversee research initiatives, and promote clinical collaborations aligned with HealtheTile’s mission. Responsibilities include designing research studies, providing medical domain expertise for product development, guiding regulatory compliance strategies, and establishing partnerships with healthcare organizations and research institutions. Additionally, this role will contribute to the communication of clinical applications and benefits of the WeBe platform to stakeholders.

    Qualifications
  • Expertise in Medical Research, Clinical Trial Design, and Data-Driven Health Innovations
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Devices, Digital Health Technologies, and Regulatory Compliance (e.g., HIPAA, FDA)
  • Experience in Strategic Leadership, Project Management, and Cross-Disciplinary Team Collaboration
  • Exceptional Communication Skills for presenting complex medical data and concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (MD, PhD, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with wearable health technology and physiological data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with clinicians, researchers, and healthcare organizations
  • Passion for innovation in healthcare and a commitment to advancing clinical and wellness research
