The company is building advanced platforms focused on cyber risk, compliance, and data-driven decision support. They are now seeking a Fractional Chief Operating Officer to work closely with the founder and the leadership team to shape operational strategy, commercial readiness, and scalable execution frameworks. This is a fractional executive engagement for experienced operators who have previously worked at a senior leadership level in early-stage or scaling technology businesses. This opportunity is designed for senior leaders who are comfortable contributing at an executive level within a lean, high-growth environment and who value strategic influence and long-term alignment. About The Opportunity This role is structured as a fractional executive engagement (approximately 8 hours per week, flexible). You will collaborate directly with the founder and other leaders on: • Strategic roadmap execution • Go-to-market operations • Partnership frameworks • Commercial alignment and scaling systems • Fundraising preparation cycles • Cross-functional coordination between product, sales, and marketing The focus is on building operational clarity and scalable systems in preparation for growth. Key Responsibilities • Translating strategic vision into structured execution plans • Designing scalable operational processes across GTM and product delivery • Supporting fundraising preparation and investor materials • Establishing KPI frameworks and reporting structures • Identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies • Strengthening partnerships and ecosystem relationships • Advising on hiring roadmaps and resource prioritisation Who This Opportunity Is For You are likely a strong fit if you: • Have held senior operational leadership roles (COO, VP Operations, Chief of Staff, or equivalent) • Have experience within cybersecurity, AI, fintech, SaaS, or regulated technology environments • Have supported early-stage or scaling businesses • Are comfortable working in lean, founder-led environments • Bring strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability • Thrive in flexible, remote-first working models Engagement Structure This opportunity is offered as a fractional contractor engagement, initially structured around flexible part-time contribution (approx. 8 hours per week).
