<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong>New Business</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel and decision-makers for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and property risk engineering consulting services.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Achieve direct sales objectives by collaborating with clients and prospects to analyze needs, gather data, and develop or propose solutions.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and measure key sales metrics and implement targeted industry, service, and account strategies.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Coordinate activities to enhance the organization’s presence, commitment, and capabilities in local, regional, national, and international markets.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong>Client Services</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Meet assigned targets for profitable account retention and expansion revenue, while exceeding key objectives for designated accounts.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Foster and sustain positive client relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience to ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Conduct technical field work within your area of expertise, such as assessments, evaluations, or audits related to EHS or property risk engineering.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Execute activities to ensure successful project completion within budget and established timelines. Responsibilities include pre-project planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, regular communication (such as project status updates), managing change requests, project accounting, and invoicing.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"><strong>Key Metrics</strong></span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Achieve sales objectives, including both retention/expansion of existing business and acquisition of new business.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Meet account revenue goals.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Attain billable hours targets through account management and technical field work.</span></li><li style="tab-stops:list .5in;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Meet pipeline and forecast objectives.</span></li></ul>
