Job Description
If you are looking for a succesful practice in a fulfilling niche of civill litigation - this could be the one. It pays fairly based on the reasonable demands of the position, and the ability to balance your busy personal life while still trying interesting cases. You'll be expected to bill an average of 150 hours a month but virtually every second you'll spend working will count since you'll have NO business development role, and get access to a great support team. You will be able to do what you know and love - prep and try cases in CA Superior Courts- against the bad guys for people who need and respect you.
It's NOT LEMON LAW (96% of the time), and that's not what you want if you are right for us. For the first time, we are opening up our search to experienced litigators outside our home base of San Diego but you will need to travel to courts. We think it takes at least a few years to get your legs under you in litigation such as ours, we are restricting remote applicants to at least 3-5 years of civil litigation experience. You'll receive 100% Coverage of employee Medical Insurance Premiums after 30 days and be enrolled in a transparent, individual monthly bonus program.
