Review and process annuity claims for clients accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Utilize strong understanding of life insurance and annuity policies to make accurate claim decisions. Conduct thorough analysis of claim information and supporting documentation. Identify any discrepancies or red flags in claim submissions and take appropriate action. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in reviewing and processing claims. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to annuity claims. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for handling annuity claims. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data privacy regulations.
Keep accurate and organized documentation of claim files. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by supervisor.
