They are seeking a Claims Service Representative to connect clients, service staff, and insurance carriers, handling claim processing and providing updates to ensure a smooth claims experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle claim information processing
- Guide clients through reporting procedures
- Keep claims moving smoothly from start to finish
- Support Claims Consultants by providing timely status updates
- Prepare reports and help resolve client questions
Skills
- 1+ years of experience processing and managing insurance claims with accuracy
- Strong communication skills to guide clients and collaborate with internal teams
- Ability to maintain detailed and organized claim documentation
- Proficiency with software systems, including Excel
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Commitment to timeliness and quality in client service and data integrity
- BA/BS in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with insurance coverage terms and claims strategy
- Previous experience supporting claims consultants or managers
