Duties
ย Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of hotel rooms, residential properties, and commercial spaces.
ย Manage housekeeping operations effectively, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
ย Execute floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
ย Provide custodial services that include waste management and restroom sanitation.
ย Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
ย Assist in cooking or food preparation as needed in hospitality settings.
ย Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for cleaning tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications
ย Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as vacation rental cleaning or residential cleaning.
ย Strong understanding of sanitization processes and best practices.
ย Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
ย Familiarity with turnover tasks for Airbnb rentals.
ย Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
ย Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
ย Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and environments.
